We’re really proud to now offer real-time delivery tracking so that you can see where your order is every step of the way. On the day of your delivery, you’ll receive an email from us with a picture of your gift so that you can see exactly what is being delivered to your recipient. With this, you’ll also receive your 90 minute delivery slot and order tracking so that you can see when our driver is on their way. Recipient not home? Excellent service and communications with the Flower Shop. I sourced this shop as it was based in the area of the recipient. I purchase flowers by ordering online at 1.45pm when I saw that they would be able to deliver if ordered before 2.00pm that day. And this was a Saturday. I would have been delighted if it could have been deliverer by Monday but true to their t&cs it was delivered a few hours later! As with online orders sometimes the button gets pressed before double checking so I rang to confirm that my message was correct. It was marvellous that they answered the phone on a Saturday and I spoke to a friendly advisor who reassured me by going through the order with her. Top marks Flower Shop. Ordered some flowers for a dear friend who lives in Sandbach. The tied flower arrangement was in pinks and white. The whole arrangement was beautiful, the roses were large and fresh. Delivered quite quickly too from ordering over the phone. Very pleased.
