- Orders placed which are out of The Flower Shops delivery area will be accepted but may be passed to Interflora for delivery.
- Unfortunately we are not open on Sundays. If a Sunday is selected for delivery, we will deliver your order on the next working day.
- All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice
- Same Day Delivery Orders placed after 2pm may not be processed until the following day. We will however do our best to honour your selected date.
- Some flower and plant products may be harmful or poisonous (lilies in particular can be extremely toxic to cats)
